my 2 yr old schnouzer got hit by a car today... we brought him the the emergency vet place and his hip is dislocated. they are going to give him xrays to see what else may be wrong.. the bill is 700 already and could be more.. we unfortunatly cannot afford this what so ever.. does anyone know...
