    Can you trade a Blackberry for a G1 (both with T-Mobile) without problems?

    My friend is offering to trade me her G1 for my Blackberry, both from T-Mobile, but her mom says that we can't because I have Blackberry service and she has G1 service. Is this true? And if it is, what can we do be able to trade them? Will trading the SIM card work, or is there more to it?
