    I have two wild rabbit half portions - how do I cook them?

    I'm thinking rabbit stew or I'd love to reproduce that Flemish dish of rabbit with prunes in dark beer, but maybe it's a bit ambitious for my first try! Anyone got any good (easy) recipes?
