I had to do a Factory restore on my Jailbroken IPHONE. I knew this would unjailbreak my phone but I had no other choice. I downloaded the most update version of Itunes and was hoping to restore my settings.. but Im not sure on how to go abouts doing so? because when I plug the USB into my phone...

Yesterday my phone froze for a hour then it went to the black screen with the little apple. I tried plugging it into Itunes and it did not recognize my phone.. Im not going to bore you with the details but I ended up having to restore it back to its factory settings.. Now I dunno what to do...
