    I have some sort of arch problem in my foot, and it hasn't bothered me in awhile, but it's hurting since I ran a lot today. I think I have low arches or something...Should I apply ice or heat?

    Arch problems, should I apply ice or heat?

    My right foot has some sort of arch problem (my doctor didn't specify, she just told me to use arch supports, which i did for awhile and it worked for a little bit, but after awhile it just made the pain worse, so i took them out and felt better for a little while, but now it hurts again), so...
