    What do they mean when they say lease take over when buying a car? help?

    I want to buy this car and this is what it says on the ad. "$1500 plus lease take over. You can purchase this car outright if you wish." So does that mean i pay them $1500, then i take their contract??? I have really bad credit, like negative. can i still take that contract??
