So i wanted to buy a prepaid plan which is the 15$ for tmobile that includes unlimited text and 10cents a minute. The problem is, they don't sell those at the retail store that i go to. Can you buy prepaid plans at a tmobile store? Or how can you pay online?

On my tmobile account of tmobile.com, it says i am unable to make changes to my line because of my current account status, i am the main person of the account, so i can make changes, but it won't let me, what is going on? I want to change my texting plan. Thanks a lot to whoever helps.
