    will eating different dairy products help?

    i hate milk, but for my health (mainly to get my nails to grow) ive pushed myself to drink some each day, but i can only stand 1 glass, will eating other dairy products such as cheese or yogurt count towards my daily milk intake (or calcium, whatever)
