    Help with thigh strengthening exercises?

    My thighs are in a pathetic state, I can't even do plunges. I just tried and on my third one, I fell backwards. My thigh couldn't even hold me up.     How long does it take to see and feel results from leg exercises?

    I need strong legs as fast as possible, I will be working hard to get them. With a full leg workout, 3 times a week how long do you think it will take for results?
