UK has free speech but I read on the internet that it is forbidden to discuss the possibility of foul play in the deaths of Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed, and also it is forbidden to discuss the "official secrets act." Is this true/does it still stand or did a read it off a bogus website?

I want to upload some of my work onto fiction press, and I was wondering around how popular the site is. (No work that I want to publish obviously) (The more popular the site, the better). thanks
