    Can somebody tell me what exercises to do for a 4 pack by a month to two months?

    I run 3-4 miles, 250 crunches, 20 pushups, 2 sets of 1 minute planks, 40 calf raises, 50 reps 14 pounds on each hand. Please add exercises or tell me that im on the right track. 14 years old 5foot 9inches and weighs 123 pounds
