i'm 5 ft 5 ( or 5 ft 6) and i'm 135 pounds.
I just gained 5 pounds, i'm a month late on my period.
Anyways, i'm getting chest pains while i do sit ups and leg lifts.
It still kind of hurts, what can it be?
