    I have a 93 honda civic and just replaced the power steering pump need help?

    my car was making a noise and was hard to steer and the power steering oil was milky white, So i bought a new power steering pump and dumped out the milky oil and put new oil in it, so now when i start it spits out the oil like it has air in the lines or something and it is really hard to steer...
