    What is the difference between using pre-lightener and bleach on hair?

    is pre-lightener less damaging? which is better Wella or ION I've been using ION but i hear a lot of good things about Wella...I have done every possible thing with ION and it didn't fall out except i condition it really well after words...

    I currently use Ion Color Brilliance..but I hear a lot of good things about Wella...i'm not sure where to go...if I should stay with Ion or go with Wella
