I will try to keep this short. My brother gave me an iphone 3gs and it was frozen with the apple logo on the screen now it only shows blank BLACK screen. I just recently plugged it into the computer and now it only shows a GREEN screen. what's going on?

My blackberry keeps saying media card cannot be accessed due to fatal errors. I took it back where i got it from and they told me to format it with my computer and how would i do it????
