    How to access my card micro SD on Samsung Intensity (telus)?

    The only reason I bought this phone in the 1st place is because they assure me I could insert my card SD (which I' been able to do) and listen to music i have stored in it a access my pictures (which i can't do). I can see the logo on the screen but i can not reach my files. Help here please...
