    Will bluetooth on my iPod Touch (2nd Generation) connect with phones?

    I purchased an iPod Touch (2nd Generation) in the United States, and then moved to South Korea. I updated my software, so now i have bluetooth on my iTouch. But, whenever I turn it on, it says that it can't find any other devices. Can someone tell me why?
