    Best lightweight commuter/urban bike?

    im looking for a bike that doesnt break the bank, and is light but has capacity to carry things such as bags (dont need a ton of room). i mainly just ride around to stores, and have to go up some slight hills, but nothing too major. thanks! -mobility -lightweight -perhaps compact -easy to maneuver .
