    How do you transfer videos from your Windows Vista computer to your Apple iTouch?

    I've been clicking and dragging the video icons to my iTouch icon, and it just shows a cross showing that it won't be able to transfer. Any suggestions as to why and how to make it so I can put the videos on there? Thanks
