    Break pedal goes all the way to floor and grinds?

    2001 volvo s60. My rear tires are covered in a rust coloured powder as well, my buddy says I need to replace break pads and rotors, will this solve the problem? I know very littly about cars.

    What is the best car under $6,500?

    Im looking for something decent for the price. I've see Lincoln LS V8's from the early 2000's for under 6k and I like them alot.
