    how can i transfer music file to my nokia cellphone?

    i just received my nokia 5233 mobile and i want to add music into it... it has bluetooth and usb connection, but i don't have a usb cable.. so i turned on the bluetooth instead... how can my laptop detect the bluetooth from my phone??
