It's time for a smartphone upgrade, and I can't decide for my life which phone I should get!! Please help.

sometimes when i use the wireless connection, the internet and everything (aim, msn, etc) freezes.. the computer still says that it is connected to the network with signal strength "great" but there is clearly no internet connection... the internet and everything will absolutely completely...
