    whats the best way of making a image catalogue in .pdf format?

    I want to catalogue a group of images to display them, I also want to index them with clickable categorise, that when clicked, they jump to a certain page/group of images. I have adobe illustrator CS3 and adobe bridge CS3. Are there any free templates out there for this sort of thing?
