I'm 19, male, weigh 250 lbs and 6'2. I'm running everyday now, started off at nearly 2 miles a day, now I'm doing almost 4 miles, I've been doing it almost everyday for over 2 weeks now, is it high intensity? Do I need to rest myself?
I have to use the compressor to gain them up like 10db for them to be of a good volume. Why is this? I have MPC sample packs and can never make a good loop with them.
