    When I'm running a lot with my mouthgaurd in, my mouth gets really dry (read details)?

    I play Girl's Lacrosse, and during our two past games I realized that my mouth has gotten really dry and i feel like i'm about to gag. I use a not-designed-for-lacrosse kind of mouthgaurd with a top and bottom gaurd put together. Should I drink a lot of water before the game or what?
