    Can my jeep be stolen if.....?

    my Jeep cherokee XJ has a steering wheel and shifter lock so you cant move the steering wheel or shifter unless the key is in it. If i have the doors of and someone tries to hotwire it would the steering wheel and shifter move or stay locked.
