    256MB internal memory 2 external HD? I got the arcade and used the 256MB memory that came w/t it.....I just recently got the xbox update so I can use my external hd for saving games,demos,etc...like a reg xbox 360 hd would....Is there anyway or option on the xbox where I could transfer that data...

    If I buy a used xbox360 elite 120GB hd for my Xbox360 Arcade....I can just plug

    it in & use it correct? The only difference is the color right?? my console is white & the hd is black,....but I can just plug it in and use it right??? I don't need the transfer kit....because I don't need to transfer anything from my xbox hd to my pc or vice versa?

Everyone's telling me different things...I baught the xbox arcade console last week and just need an ethernet cable to try it out....some people are telling me xbox live is free for a month or 2 when you first get it....and that you can play your game online against others...
