    How do I change a gmail format document into HTML?

    I need to send a document as an attachment through email, but the recipients tell me that they can't open it since it's a gmail format and they need it in HTML format. I don't know how to convert it. Anybody can tell me the steps how to do this? Thanks.

    I have a job interview for a Apple store, please help?

    They told me on the phone 5 different people at different levels will interview me!!? I'm not so familiar with Mac, I know basic stuff to meet my needs. What kind of questions are they gonna ask me? Should I be really knowledgeable even if I wanna work as a retail person?
