    i have 2 packard bell laptops and the screen has gone blank on them both?

    I don't know what has happened has someone had the same problem is this a fault or a virus both had mcafee total protection on them so i cant understand, it didn't happen at the same time one was my sons that he has not been able to use for at least 6 months and the other was mine it went blank...
