    My car has been towed they want over £400 to get it back, is this right?

    thats the problem in england parking without a ticket your car gets towed and it cost hundreds of pounds to recover it,, even if your away just for 5 mins a guy will clamp your car and if your still away after 30 mins, a tow truck is called,, thats why it cost hundreds to get your car back...
