    im 13 and a girl. i weight about 140-145ponds last time i checked. i want to lose about 20 pounds by summer! i want to lose some off my stomach and some off my butt and thys! please help! and maybe give me a good diet? like what should i eat everyday for breakfast lunch and dinner!!!
