If I'm driving and let my RPMs drop (e.g. At a stop sign), the radio will sometimes shut off, I'm thinking maybe I have a weak battery?

So our 1989 Jeep Cherokee (I think it's 1989), when put into part time 4wd, takes like.. 20 minutes to get out of it after switching back to 2WD... What is the reason for this? Is it an easy fix?

I know there's going to be some diversity... but my brother might sell me his for $200 and I wanna know what kind of engine it has :P
