whats an exercise routine for someone with arthritis?
my knees are piping my Back is aking and I am only 26. my doctors ahave told me I have arthritis but I think I can put this process in revers. so what do I do with out breaking a hip...lol p.s. I really need to be more physically active I'm just more mentally stimulated easier.
