    I am currently training fora 63 mile bike race in June and currently going out for 50+ rides on the weekends. I bring a Cliff Bar with me to eat mid way, but what are some other good snacks to bring that give instant energy? I was thinking a plain blueberry bagel, bananna, trail mix...

    Biking in the wind...burning a lot more calories?

    For all those bikers out there...how many more calories do you think you burn when you ride in wind between 15-20 mph. I usually go between 14-16 mph, but the wind slows me down to between 9 and 11.
