    Can you do a subpoena when you file in small claims court?

    Can you do an information subpoena when you file in small claims court? I want to get a list of the 5-10 employees' names and then subpoena some of those employees as witnesses. I only know their first names. Obviously the business and the employees will not voluntarily tell me their names.

    How can I get my Motorola KRZR K1M contacts on my cellphone into my computer?
