    How can I lower my Att iPhone plan? Any tricks hacks?

    $120 is ridiculous I'd definitely check with AT&T why they're charging you so much maybe you accidentally change your plan. And yes you can use skype to call so you can lower those 900 minutes (which are way too much anyways I get by with almost half)

    Where i find some FCE or CPE test to do?

    FCE (First Certificate in English) CPE (Certificate of Proficiency in Englhish) ...i live in Germany, near from Frankfurt.
