I want a new cell phone for ATT but I want a touch screen phone. I want either smartphone or close to a smart phone. Not the i phone. and I only have like 115 to spend on ebay so what would you recommend?
I want to buy a samsung epix but I'm not entirely sure that It wont start acting up because I don't have a data package. I've had other smartphones without a data package and they worked just fine. So do you think I could do it with the epix?
