    At verizon how many times do you have to turn your phone in 2 get a different model?

    Please help!!! this is the second intensity i had and i hate just tell me how many times i have to turn it in to the warranty center so i can get a new model!!!!! any answers are deeply appreiciated

    PLEASE HELP SAMSUNG INTENSITY PROBS!!!!!!?

    this is the 2nd intensity i had and they both messed up. if i turn this phone in and they cant fix it will they give me a new phone or give me the a new different intensity? please help your answers are deeply appriciated.
