My car make this funny sizzling noise when I lock my doors. the sound is comming from the passenger side. What is this noise? some guys say that the part that lock the door must of been rusty and that it. but that impossible. do anyone know what this noise is and how to fix it??

I just bought a new honda and when i drive it, it makes this funny noises. When the meter hit 1500r/min then the right front wheel make this tumbling noise and once you push it pass 1500r/min then it back to normal. please help me because this noises is getting so annoying.
