i live in Africa. I only relized they had Taco Bells now. I walked over to it and BAM! closed. very dissapointed. I need an explination.

I hooked it up to the charger and tried the power and stuff but it will not turn on! Sometimes the lights turn on on the keys and stuff but never on the screen! Please help!
