    well why is it off??? maybe you have to PAY????? Oh and if it's contract expect that nasty $36 reconnection charge next bill... Unless you're enough of a moaner to call and complain to cust. service about it. Is it PREPAID????? Maybe you'll have to call cust. service b/c it has cancelled...
