    Hi all, I'm beaming a file from my Pocket Pc to my employee's Palm Tungsten T5. The Palm is "receiving" the file but it's giving her a message that it is an unrecognized format. The Palm has Docs to Go installed. What else does she need to do? Thanks Gary
