    Motorola SP50's 2-way radios antennas faulty? Or something else?

    I have two Motorola SP50s UHF that are non programmed but I am sill able to pick up other peoples signals the problem is that I have to point the antennas toward the source. Is it because they are outside the 60Hz +- threshold, out of range or are the antennas faulty. I cant imagine both...

    When I use the filler tool around certain images I get white boxes in random places even though the surrounding colors were also white.
