I am considering getting a moped (I have an Audi A4 Car) and I was wondering if the Honda Metropolitan would be a good choice. I want something 50cc or less so I don't need a special licence. I know the DMV rules where I live (WI).

I would recommend something with AWD, it is much safer and more practical. For a new car for a teen I would go with the Subaru Impreza. Otherwise if used get something I would reccomend anything (Car, Truck, Coupe, Suv, etc) with a v6 engine (car) or v8 (suv/truck) and 4wd/awd.
