There are two problems. 1) When I plug it in to charge, it says "connect to charger", but when I unplug it, it dies because it's out of battery. 2) It occasionally tells me I need to force close and then reboots itself. If anyone can help me out to tell me what to do, or last case scenario...

Hi. I'm in need of making a photoshop brush that is exactly 2.25 inches in diameter, but Photoshop will only let me make it in pixels for diameter. I was wondering if anyone knew either how to convert it or how to dimension it using inches. Thanks!
