    Adjusting the size of an image using Photoshop CS5?

    With another version of photoshop there was an actual select tool, all you had to do was drag the corner of the image to the size you wanted. I really don't want to keep typing in random numbers in inches (from the image tab) to test out different sizes of the image. plz help........

    ...salary is separate. is this ok? can a business partner charge extra for doing accounting stuff like writing checks to vendors, some book keeping. besides that he is getting salary. i need to know if its right or wrong?
