    If you were a billionaire, wold you be an eccentric billionaire, I know I would?

    I would spend the interest my fortune makes on vanities like a house made completely out of aquarium glass and the walls would be filled with water and have salt water fish swimming around or maybe I would build my house atb the bottom of a lake and put a big glass dome over it
