I was thinking about getting the new Motorla Devour but I'm just not sure if it's worth paying 30 dollars for every month. So should I just get it? Cus the apps seem really cool and useful. And also, could I be able to use the data/internet wherever I'm at? List some cons/pros please. :)

Does it require a special contract? I know the Blackberry's require the Blackberry contract that's $30 a month, but do the smartphones require the same thing? And also, is the Droid really worth it? I'm not getting the iPhone, I have Verizon and I won't switch my contract just for a phone. I'm...
