Can't work out how to do it! Ta :)

Every so often I try access the t-mobile website and the page doesn't load. Sometimes it does, but most of the time there's just a blank page, which says "done" at the bottom. Does this happen with anyone else? And is there any way I can access it? I need it asap! Cheeeeeers!
