    Can someone tell me how to cook a veal chop that is one and a half inches thick. i

    want to broil it in my? convection oven so it is just cooked. I was thinking of searing both sides and then baking too. I would like suggestions from experienced chefs/cooks who make them please. Thank you. thanks. can you convert that to fahrenheit or tell me how to do it?
